Nick E. Novak

Co-Founder & President - Nick has been building and directing Excelloy for over 30 years. A native of Duquesne, PA, he grew up with a front row seat to it’s once flourishing steel mills and production. After college, he began his career in the welding industry and was part of the company’s inception in 1989. Since then he has built and maintained Excelloy as a maintenance and repair welding supply leader across the country. Countless product demonstrations, miles traveled, and personal relationships developed, his 30+ years of experience and technical support are the cornerstone of the company.

Nick loves spending time with his family and enjoys all things basketball.

Danny Milinkovic

Senior National Sales Manager - Danny has been excelling in a lead role for Excelloy for over 22 years. A University of Florida graduate of the Class of ‘96, Danny started the southern territory for Excelloy in the Atlanta area in 1998. He expanded and managed the brand in the region for 10 years. Danny’s drive and unrivaled customer and technical support led to expansion across the country. He’s traveled to many of the largest manufacturing/production facilities in the US, and his years of knowledge and experience will continue to improve the company’s reach on a national scale.

Danny is a huge family man, most important to him are his wife Sophia and their children Christian & Mary. They take huge pride in their faith, and enjoy any trips involving skiing or the beach.

Tom Ricketts

National Sales Manager - Tom has been with Excelloy for over 22 years. After starring at the University of Pittsburgh, he went on to be drafted in the 1st Round by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1989 NFL Draft. He also played for the Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, and the New Orleans Saints over the course of his career.

Tom takes tremendous pride in his wife and three children. He has been a vital member of Excelloy for over two decades which will continue for years to come.

Nick C. Novak

Regional Sales Manager - Nick joins the company after an extensive basketball career. He was a Division II All-American followed by a 7-year professional career in Europe. He grew up watching and learning about the company and will strive to continue expanding Excelloy in all aspects.

Howard L. Wickerham III

Co-Founder and Retired CEO - Howard has over 50 years in the welding industry. He took his 4-year welding apprenticeship to come a top rate welder at U.S. Steel. In the mid-60s he obtained five certifications there. Howard has a history in all aspects of welding including licensed instructor to teach welding. (Airco Technical Institute - 3 years, Placement Director - 1 year)

Natalie McClarren

Office Manager - Natalie joined the team in October 2021. In 2011, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She currently resides in the South Hills. Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys cycling, running and everything outdoors as well as beach vacations and spending time with friends and family.
